Recipe for Acne and Rosacea Treatment

This is a recipe to be used by individuals that have both acne and rosacea. These are two potentially devastating skin conditions but with this cheap natural remedy, they can both be combated.

Recipe: 
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel or juice

Instructions:
Wash hands and dampen the face. Pour the baking soda into the palm of one hand. Add the aloe vera gel or juice. Mix them into a fairly smooth combination and apply to the skin. Massage the skin until the grittiness of the mixture is felt. Rinse the skin with warm water. Pat the skin dry. Apply a little aloe vera gel on the skin after if the skin feels dry.

This can be used twice a week but the aloe gel should be applied three times per day. This needs to be used on a consistent basis for the best results.
